| Cottage Review:
We arrived after a very long drive to find no key according to the instructions given to us. Called the owners number who initially denied the misplaced key and then begrudgingly came out to let us in and provided us with a key. We then found dirty dishes in the sink, feces marks inside the toilets and we had doubts the linen had been changed. We called the owner back again with the ultimatum to clean the cottage properly or we walk with a refund. We walked! The owner tried to wriggle out of a refund, but the evidence was overwhelming and later caved in |
