15 Heath Court, newly redecorated in 2013, is a reverse level house situated in a quiet area of Brixham with panoramic views of Brixham Breakwater and Torbay from its three balconies.Internally, the property features a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area and wooden flooring. Externally, the three spacious balconies from the living area and bedrooms provide ample space to sit and soak up the views.It has a close proximity to the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach, Shoalstone open air sea water pool and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. The marina and town centre are also close by giving you easy access to all the town's amenities and attractions.Those looking to entertain the family should head to Paignton, home to a fine selection of attractions including Paignton Zoo, the UK’s third largest zoo, the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway and Quaywest Waterpark.
