Well equipped secure flat in an excellent location. Centrally located within easy walking distance of Keswick's pedestrian town centre, supermarkets and the bus station. We used a weekly bus ticket to get around the area leaving the car in the free onsite parking for the week. Short walk to Derwent water for cruises, water sports and performances at the 'Theatre by the lake'. Flat comes with everything we needed, was nicely decorated and very comfortable and we will certainly be going back.

The flat is in a complex which gives a dedicated parking space, a real bonus in Keswick. Centrally located it is only a few minutes from the high street, the bus station and two supermarkets yet seems isolated from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. It is very tastefully decorated and feels fresh and modern with good quality bathroom and light fittings. There is WiFi and NOW TV for those nights when if you've had a long day walking you just want to chill out on the comfy settee.

Apartment is in a good location central to everything in Keswick and within walking distance to Derwent Water. There is free allocated parking and wifi access. Key collection and return was swift and efficient.

We had a little problem with the key to the main entrance door during our stay in that it was the incorrect key, however the owner came out to the property within minutes and rectified this, providing the correct key.

Comments and observations:

The main bedroom is very close to the loading bay for the Co-op supermarket which is literally next door ? so this is a little noisy early morning 6.30ish. Television ? there are not a lot of TV channels ? i.e. there are very few Freeview channels ? we noticed a BT Youview remote beside the DVD player but sadly NO Youview box for said remote!!! There are no metal trays for the oven nor oven gloves. We used the oven quite a bit during our stay so these would have been useful. Unfortunately we had noisy inconsiderate neighbours to the side and above us during our stay ? poor sound proofing.

Apartment would benefit from a little updating. Otherwise a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location. 3 min walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. Well equipped and clean. Designated parking space too, which is good. Central for the northern lake district. Walking distance to Derwentwater.

This is a lovely place to stay. Close to the shops and pubs. Has good parking and close to the bus station.

Fantastic location about 100 metres from the centre of keswick; great access to all the pubs and restaurants. Also nice and quiet should you want to stay and eat especially within an updated kitchen and Booths and Co-op only metres away. Good sized living room and nice bedrooms. Have been coming for years and really enjoyed the stay.
