Belvedere Court offers fantastic views across the bay from Torquay to Brixham, as well as out to sea with Preston Sands beach is directly opposite the apartments. The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the sea front. The apartment has been prepared to a 5 star Quality in Tourism standard. The apartment only received a 4 star rating due to the bathroom only containing a shower and not a bath, an essential requirement for a 5 star rating. No. ?8 is a ?second floor apartment with a balconette, ?lift and allocated parking.
