Cottage Review:   We have just returned (literally!) from a week's stay at Alice Cottage and I have to say that it is probably the best self-catering accomodation we have experienced to date. It is in a rural location but within 1.5 miles of Minehead itself. There are lots of things to do in the local area..our dogs particularly enjoyed the beaches, but there is also Dunster Castle, North Hill, and Porlock to name but a few places of interest. The cottage is very well-appointed and cosy (the log fire is perfect for cold, dark evenings), and the beautifully decorated Christmas

Cottage Review:   Alice's Cottage was magical. A beautiful, well appointed and unusual place which felt like home. From the minute we arrived we felt peaceful and happy. Loved the thatched roof and one floor layout. The Alice in Wonderland touches were magical, from the stained glass to the crazy teapot, the mural in the cupboard and the tiny door in the skirting board. Not OTT just perfect. My brother and his young family visited often and just loved it. We played Pooh sticks in the ford and had fun spotting the baby frogs, loads of butterflies in the garden and enjoye
