Anchor View is a three bedroom self catering holiday home in the centre of Salcombe in the South hams area of Devon and is just 50 yards away from Whitestrand Quay, this is a perfect and modern apartment right in the heart of Salcombe, ideal for families that love this fantastic town. Anchor View is a non-smoking self catered light and airy apartment that does not accept pets and features 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with 1 bathroom.
Anchor View is a reverse level II floor apartment with a communal courtyard plus some views towards the estuary. There is undercover parking space with a security gated entrance and a balustrade. Inside, the self catering apartment features light white walls throughout with one master double bedroom that has a TV as well as another double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a shower room suite on the same floor for the family to enjoy. Upstairs there is an open plan living room with diner and Kitcher complete with all modern conveniences such as a larder fridge, electric oven with gas hob and freezer. There is a large corner sofa for you to relax and watch the large TV and the room has doors to the strayed for you to enjoy the sun.
