Barn Cottage, in the village of Brayford, offers peaceful holiday accommodation on the south end of a large former farmhouse in one of the most scenic parts of the country. Located on the edge of Exmoor National Park, this area of Devon makes an ideal base both for a relaxing countryside retreat as well as for those looking to get out for some rural adventure. Keen walkers, cyclists, photographers, and artists alike will find no shortage of nearby beaches, woodlands, moorland, and quiet rural towns to explore.

• Living room with large dining table, television/DVD player, and beautiful south aspect views out across the gardens and countryside beyond

• Kitchen well equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, and microwave, plus toaster, kettle, cookware, variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Family bathroom with bath, toilet, and hand basin

• Laundry room containing washing machine

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets provided. Towels provided upon request for supplementary fee of £3 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel)

• Adjustable oil fired central heating throughout. Please note, heating and electricity costs not included in accommodation price
