| Cottage Review:
Biskey View was absolutely perfect for our requirements. The front of the property may not be inspiring but look beyond this - the views from the kitchen and conservatory are spectacular, the rooms are light and airy and the facilities are excellent. Bowness on Windermere is conveniently located for exploring the Lake District and the property has both a twin and double room, both with en-suite / private facilities and all on one level. My mother has limited mobility and although she could manage the outside steps (9) with care it was important that she cou |

Beautifully clean apartment, everything catered for, spacious and tastefully decorated. Conservatory with views overlooking Lake Windermere. A short walk from the centre of Bowness, although uphill, ok for us but our elderly dog struggled. A very enjoyable stay and lucky enough to have a warm sunny week, brilliant for mid - October. |

Biskey View was beautiful and decorated to the highest standard - extremely clean inside and nothing cheap about the furnishings at all. really comfy beds after a long day of walking and exploring the lakes. lovely views from the kitchen and view of the sunset from the conservatory. Dog friendly too which is a must for us, although the garden wasnt completely enclosed and our dog had to be supervised every time he needed to go outside. Ten mins walk down to bustling bowness on windermere but beware its a steep hill which we can now walk in our sleep! gre |
