Cascade Cottage is a gorgeous rural retreat located half a mile from the central Exmoor village of Exford. Taking its name from the cascade of water that runs from a lake on the hill above before passing under a wooden footbridge directly outside the property’s front door, this is a supremely comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming cottage, with an ideal location from which to explore the stunning scenery of Exmoor National Park.

• 3 first floor bedrooms (one king-size double and one further double, both en-suite with shower over bath, toilet, and hand basin, and one twin)

• Ground floor sitting room with two leather sofas, two armchairs, wood-burning stove, and television/DVD player

• Spacious kitchen with large dining table, well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, plus kettle, toaster, food processor and a good supply of china, cutlery, and glasses

• Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, and belfast sink

• Additional ground floor toilet

• Wifi, electricity, and central heating costs included in price, plus basket of logs

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £15 per dog)

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
