Description of the cottage holiday

Clover chalet sleeps 1 to 6 persons. A well behaved dog is ok. Our accommodation is located on the Welcome family holiday park, near the beach at Dawlish Warren. Guests may use the on site facilities of club and pool if they buy daily admission tickets from the site office. Clover has two bedrooms upstairs. There is a small double bedroom, and a family room with a triple bunk bed and single bed. There is a TV in this bedroom. The bathroom is upstairs and contains a bath, with electric shower. There is a separate WC room as well. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge and kitchen. Here you will find a TV, two seater sofa, three seater sofa and comfy reading chair. The kitchen has a range of modern appliances including a coffee machine, a toaster, microwave, air fryer, 30L mini oven, kettle, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. The accommodation has fibreoptic powered WIFI which is free for guests to use during their stay with us. Outside, there is a picnic bench overlooking well presented communal lawns. 

The Welcome family holiday park has many facilities including a children's playground, a sports pitch, launderette, Starlight club with entertainment every day, multi-pool complex and shops/ takeaways. The amenities of Dawlish Warren are right on the doorstep, including shops, bars, takeaways and cafes. Dawlish Warren beach resort is just seven minutes walk away, and has a golf course, nature reserve, amusements, fun fair, beach bar, shops and lovely coastal walks into the town of Dawlish. There is a train and bus stop within five minutes walk of our accommodation which goes to Exeter, Torquay and various destinations in-between.
