Cottage three at Gara Rock is a three bedroom quality holiday cottage near to the East Portlemouth in the South Hams District of South Devon and sleeps five people and is dog friendly. Cottage 3 is a child friendly holiday cottage and has a highchair and cot available for you to use. Gara Rock is a quality complex that has an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and is situated on a beautiful setting with fantastic views over the rocks and Headland towards the Atlantic Ocean. The south-west coastal path is right on your doorstep, this is an ideal property if you love walking holidays and want to enjoy the peace and fresh air of the South Hams coast.

Cottage three is set on three levels and is in an open plan and modern style with a range of luxury and modern features. If you are looking for a holiday property for a family and yet offering some extra space for the parents, cottage 3 has a gorgeous master bedroom with its own king-size bed, an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower and a separate lounge area that is private to the master bedroom. There are two additional bedrooms including a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, the twin bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and there is also a family bathroom that has a bath and shower over the bath.

The relaxing areas at Cottage 3 at Gara Rock are open plan where the kitchen, living room and dining area are all in one large space. The kitchen area has a range of modern appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as a washer and dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils that you will need. The dining area has seating for six people around the table and the lounge area has a sofa that seats two as well as two armchairs around the large flatscreen TV. The living room also provides you with direct access to the sun terrace and the garden. There are good range of facilities here including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fantastic restaurant with beautiful views over the ocean and a great reputation for high quality food and additional facilities include a sauna, steam room and a Jacuzzi.
