Crawshay Court apartment is perfect for a couple looking for a modern, spacious and well presented apartment in a popular development with easy access to the beach, plenty of space with sea views from the living room and balcony. Crawshay Court benefits from an extensive Sky tv package including Sky Sports as well as Wi-Fi and a DVD player. The hub of the apartment is the comfortable lounge with the wall mounted modern flatscreen TV. There is a separate kitchen with dining area, plenty of space and all the amenities that you would expect from a quality apartment including a ceramic hob and electric oven as well as a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer dryer. The single bedroom has a small dressing table and bedside table and a king-size bed. There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate bath and is completely tiled throughout, modern and very well presented.
