Description of the cottage holiday

Elberry Cottage near Brixham in South Devon is one of those little gems, Brixham is a bustling and popular harbour town with plenty going on and if you like the hustle and bustle but want to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, Elberry Cottage is great. This is a traditional South Devon cottage located in a quiet village that is situated on the edge of Brixham, surrounded by countryside and that is reflected in the decor of the property. Elberry Cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms and is also a dog friendly property, family friendly with an enclosed rear garden and a superb little touch with a den at the end of the garden that has a sofa, wall mounted flatscreen TV, heated with a coffee table, plenty of games and things to do, ideal if you have independent children that want their own space.

Elberry Cottage is comfortable throughout with a large sofa in the living room that faces the open fire, ideal if you want to lie down and relax and there is also a sofa chair to the side. There is a dining table that seats four people to the rear of the living room. The kitchen is cosy with the sink set beneath the cottage window with views over the garden and to the side is the large, Range style oven with a gas hob, standard appliances included including a fridge, freezer and a washing machine and dryer.

There are two bedrooms including the master bedroom that has plenty of space for clothing, bedside table and lamps and a wooden floor with a good size rug, light and spacious and perfect for a lazy morning. The children's bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a solid bunk bed, storage and bedside table and lamp. The family bathroom has a rolltop bath, WC and wash hand basin with large windows that let the light to flood in. The real selling point for Elberry Cottage is the large and enclosed rear garden, ideal families with children and the beautiful rural location, yet is ideally located for accessing bustling Brixham.
