| Cottage Review:
An excellent rental. The facilities were more than adequate. Three pubs serving food within walking distance. A restaurant/bar at the Courtyard just past the George which is quite upmarket but do excellent takeaway pizzas. A Co-op, Post office and Chip shop. Buxton is not far if you require more. Ideal for walking or just as a base to visit the surrounding area. |

| Cottage Review:
The Cottage itself and facilities are very good. However ......... the situation of the property is far from ideal. To start with it is on the main road through Tideswell, for a small village it is very noisy with speeding cars a huge lorries passing through right outside the window. Then !!!! the icing on the cake ! there is a very noisy, rowdy neighbor living right next door. You can quite plainly hear them walking up and down their stairs from the master bedroom in Exchange Cottage, Its like they're in the room. Thumping around on the floors from next |

| Cottage Review:
Lovely cottage in the heart of the village. Cafe next door with gorgeous ice cream. Fish and chip shop nearby. Well equipped with everything you need. Only downside was no wifi and the shower head needed cleaning/descaling. Wouldn't stop me staying there again though. Excellent base for exploring the Peak District. |

Our stay at the Exchange Cottage was heavenly. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to board games and a fireplace. The service was lovely as well. Thanks for everything! |
