| Cottage Review:
Despite booking this property 12 months in advance via a third party, receiving a confirmation number and paying for the accommodation, the owner decided to cancel our booking and take one from a long standing, repeat customer, with absolutely no recourse for me, my family and 2 small children. To make matters worse my best friend, his family and child had to cancel their holiday too in order for us to all be together. Morally, professionally or socially this is an abhorrent and mercenary approach to business and customer service. Trust this owner at your o |
