Glenview cottage is a sturdy detached house which has been completely renovated and refurbished. It stands back up from the Lynton and Lynmouth road, facing mature woods which straddle the river Lyn, and has a lawned garden between it and the road.

To the side of Glenview cottage, a large patio with table and chairs and, at the back, the land rises, covered with woodland and wild flowers. Inside, all smart. A number of steps lead up from the parking area to the garden. Hall with loo; living room with oak floor, TV/DVD and French windows to patio; excellent fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV, slate floor and table/chairs in the middle; utility room with tumble drier and washing machine.

Stairs (stairgate) up to three attractive bedrooms including a double bedroom with tv and with en suite shower-room (suite), a twin (TV), and another twin (truckle) with limited clothes-hanging space; bathroom (suite, shower over bath).
