Grooms Cottage is in the heart of St Minver, 200 yards from pub and church, Grooms Cottage is a Grade II listed, detached, 19th century upside down styled former groom's cottage. Grooms Cottage has enclosed parking and courtyard at the front; very private courtyard with table and chairs, barbecue and terraced garden at the back.

Inside Grooms Cottage in St Minver, two steps up to glazed front door; hall with flagstoned floor; three bedrooms including one with 5' four-poster bed and en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath plus hand-shower), and, up 4 steps, another double, and a twin (footboards); shower-room (suite). Stairs up to open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, larder fridge) with woodburner and TV/DVD; ground-floor utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, shower, loo). Discount sometimes available for one couple - please ask us. Grooms Cottage is an excellent cottage with easy access to north Cornwall's beaches and attractions.
