| Cottage Review:
Great location for walks very quiet , well equipped cottage , good beach ten minutes walk away and track to the blue lake outside front door, we just did loads of walking with the dogs so suited us perfectly, not sure about local pubs think you may need a car , but it was fine for us, and you can walk to Barmouth across the bridge although we cheated and drove to the station near where bridge starts . We will be back |

superb cottage mixing traditional and modern character.had a long weekend with mrs and dog.everything you need,peace,quiet and a lovely couple of strolls on the beach gave us a bit of everything.will go again in the summer months. |

| Cottage Review:
We were the first to stop in this property. Lovely peaceful setting 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful walk up the lane to the blue lake a must. Lots to see and do in the area Enjoyed Portmerion and Barmouth. Cottage was comfortable just needed a few finishing touches. The courtyard outside was a nice little sun trap in the afternoon but the garden requires work. Word of warning because it is an upside down house you need to be aware that when you are in bed you can hear every little sound from upstairs. This may be a problem if you have light sleepers o |
