| Cottage Review:
The Cottage is well equipped and obviously well cared for. Unfortunately it?s position on a busy road with heavy quarry traffic makes for a very noisy and disturbed stay. This included heavy noise in the early hours and the close proximity of the Cottage to the road made it very intrusive. The ?off road? parking was hardly that. We could not get our car?s tyres off the road and even then could not open the near side doors due to the closeness to the steps into the Cottage. |

| Cottage Review:
Perfect location in village of Cromford with parking at the door. A warm welcome with logs for the fire, a tray of tea and a bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and cosy with a smart bathroom, comfortable beds and plenty of room for pets. Cromford has lots of eateries, pubs, shops and places to visit. It is also the perfect centre for walking. We would love to visit again, and highly recommend it. Great for a winter break. |

Holly Cottage is a delightful cottage full of character and charm set within short walking distance of all the facilities of Cromford Village and a perfect base to visit the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. You will be reminded of simpler times and a gentler pace of life, perfect for relaxing with family and friends or for short escapes from today's hectic lifestyle. All this with Wifi too!
