Jacobs Pond is a beautiful semi-detached house in a lovely rural location on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park and close to the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spacious as well as well furnished and equipped, the property features stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is ideally situated for getting out and exploring the region by foot, bicycle, or car!

• 4 bedrooms (one ground floor double, one first floor double, one first floor single, and one first floor room with bunk beds)

• Ground floor sitting room with television/DVD player and wood-burning fire

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and electric oven with hob, plus toaster, kettle, variety of cookware and kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• One ground floor bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin, and one first floor family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, and hand basin

• Conservatory with French doors leading to patio and enclosed garden

• Wifi, electricity, and central heating included in price, plus basket of logs and kindling

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)
