Description of the holiday cottage
Jersey Cottage is a delightful detached holiday home close to Constantine Bay boasting a large private garden with far reaching countryside views. It's situated exactly 1 mile from the coast and within easy reach of North Cornwall's most beautiful beaches, including Constantine, Harlyn and Porthcothan. It's situated 1/2 a mile from Trevose Golf Club and 1/4 a mile to the nearest shops in the village of St Merryn. Padstow is only 3 miles away. Due to refurbishment, Jersey Cottage has only recently become available for holiday rentals, so we're happy to take late bookings and last minute enquiries. The property provides 4 bedrooms. Two doubles, situated upstairs via a large spiral staircase. A shower room and wc are also upstairs. There are two twin bedrooms, situated on the ground floor which also share a large bathroom, with separate shower and wc. A large private garden with table and BBQ provides the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying meals. The property boasts an open plan kitchen and dining area and open plan living room area with 37 inch flat screen tv, wifi and plenty of seating. There is private, off road parking for 2 - 3 cars. The owners of the property live in a separate cottage on the large grounds but your privacy will be assured.Best Features

| Cottage Review:
A well presented and welcoming cottage that\'s well situated for Constantine Bay and Harlyn Bay beaches. It\'s a five minute drive into Padstow although St Merryn itself offers several good eating options. The cottage was clean and well equipped and the owners were a delight to deal with. Highly recommended |

Lovely cottage with great garden. The property was very clean and made for a great seaside holiday. Perfect for our family and the owners that live in a small bungalow on the grounds where very pleasant will most certainly be recommending Jersey Cottage to my friends! |
