Linhay Cottage is a secluded cottage situated in an amazing landscape in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Approached by a private half-mile long driveway directly off Withypool Common, the property has recently been renovated throughout to offer comfortable rural holiday accommodation with modern conveniences.The cottage is located next to a working farm and makes a truly ideal base for anyone looking to get away from it all and explore Exmoor’s stunning countryside, with plenty of fantastic walking opportunities beginning directly from the doorstep.

• 2 bedrooms (one king-sized double and one single, both with built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and views overlooking fields and valley below)

• Open-plan sitting and dining area with table, two comfy sofas, prominent wood-burning stove, and television / DVD player

• L-shaped fitted handmade kitchen well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, and microwave, plus toaster, kettle, cookware, comprehensive variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Bathroom comprising bath / shower over, toilet, and hand basin

• Porch area for drying muddy boots

• Pets welcome (max. 2, supplement of £15 per dog)

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)

• Wi-fi, oil central heating, and electricity included in cost, plus basket of logs, kindling and matches provided
