Description of the cottage holiday
Lockwood holiday cottage in Dawlish near Exeter in South Devon has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people and is set in a tranquiil location. Lockwood cottage is on the outskirts of Dawlish, just off the A379 and along a private drive leading to a small, family-run campsite, two little cottages in the extensive grounds (chickens, ducks) of the owners house. Lockwood cottage has its own private, enclosed garden with a table and chairs. Peaceful surroundings within easy reach of Dawlish and the coast. Lockwood cottage is a detached single-storey cottage with large living room with leather sofas and TV/DVD. Fitted kitchen and dining room with a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and a freezer. There are also French windows to enclosed patio area and garden. Two double bedrooms, one with 6 foot zip-linked bed (or twin) and the other with small dressing room (suitable for a cot). Shower-room (shower, washbasin); separate loo. No children over 2.Sleeps: 4
