| Cottage Review:
I have mixed thoughts on this property, the location is superb, literally 10 minutes max to the beach,pub and shops even closer. The garden is lovely and secluded with a superb hut tub, it just needs a cover of some type over the top to still enjoy when raining. Kitchen is of a high standard with large fridge/freezer,there is also a washer/dryer which proved invaluable. All the rooms had a good sized TV, the living room one was substantial. All bathrooms were well designed and functional, but the water was not always hot, just warm. The bedrooms have a severe lack of storage. The main bedroom has a wooden cupboard, with nowhere to hang clothes at all. No hooks on the back of the doors in the rooms. Only a tiny mirror in the bedroom and bathroom, not fixed to the wall. Only large mirror in the hallway. Large wardrobe in second bedroom no wardrobe in the third. With some further adaptations this would make this property fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, it just needs some finishing touches and more storage. We saw the owner and son but not to talk to, they seemed to work very hard. Enjoy your stay, we did. |
