Orchard Barn is a modern barn conversion on a working farm near St Giles on the Heath and Broadwidger on the edge of West Devon and East Cornwall in a rural location. Orchard Barn is a three bedroom barn conversion holiday cottage that sleeps up to 5 people in two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
A popular holiday cottage for those seeking tranquillity in the countryside and yet in a great location to explore both Cornwall and Devon. Downstairs there is a modern lounge area complete with leather sofas and large flatscreen TV with a tiled floor. The kitchen has a roundtable with seating for all and has modern appliances including a large electric oven and induction hob as well as a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is an additional utility room where you will find a washing machine and a downstairs shower room.
Upstairs at Orchard Barn, there are three bedrooms including the large master double bedroom with the oak beams that hold the tall ceiling, an additional double bedroom and a single bedroom.
Orchard Barn near St Giles on the Heath is a child friendly holiday home that does not accept pets and is non-smoking, it has central heating and Wi-Fi broadband although this should not be relied upon for work purposes, there is also off-road parking. A popular holiday home on a working farm, great for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
