Orchard Cottage in Kingston in the South Hams, a modern holiday home in an enviable location in the South Hams that sleeps 6 people in 4 bedrooms including two doubles and two singles. Orchard Cottage is perfect for children with an enclosed garden and off road parking, big doors from the lounge that open to the garden so that you can keep an eye on the kids, a travel cot is also provided! Orchard Cottage is at the top of Kingston in the South hams and is a modern country house, sheltered and private. To the back and side of Orchard Cottage there is a large, enclosed garden with a patio, barbecue and a childrens swing. Inside Orchard Cottage, light, smart, fresh with Laura Ashley fabrics. Hall; 4 steps down to height-of-house living room (woodburner) with plenty of natural light, TV/DVD, glazed doors to garden; fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with tiled floor, farmhouse table/chairs, glazed doors to garden. Three bedrooms on the ground floor including a double (6' zip-linked bed) with en suite shower and washbasin, and two twin (truckles); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Open tread stairs up to a pretty double bedroom and gallery landing with VDU/DVD/video; shower-room with wash hand basin and WC. Orchard Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people, including babies. A great family house within a few hundred yards of a good pub.Sleeps: 6
