Leading from the lounge is the open plan dining area and kitchen, modern with a large fitted electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine set within modern units and limestone flooring. The adjacent dining area at Orchard View has a roundtable with four chairs and there is an additional cloakroom and laundry covered. On the first floor is a feature bedroom with beautiful large oak framed windows with views to the woodlands and a large king-size bed that can be changed to a twin if required. There is an ensuite shower room with shower over bath WC and wash hand basin the second bedroom has a large double bed with double doors and fantastic views over the surrounding farmland, bedside tables and lamps and chairs. Outside there is a paved patio area at Orchard View with a table and chairs seating four plus umbrella, a barbecue and cycle shared of also available for you to use.
