| Cottage Review:
WiFi not working throughout stay. NCC support inept with cursory assessment of problem which they blamed on " too many devices" when not even one at a time could be connected. Complaints to customerservices not even acknowledged let alone dealt with. We were treated like idiots and all our requests for problem to be addressed with internet supplier ignored |
