Description of the cottage holiday
Seascapes is a very popular holiday apartment at Granville Point, this is one of the most prominent buildings in Ilfracombe. If you know the area, Granville Point sits above Ilfracombe theatre and has one of the most commanding positions in the town with views over the sea towards Wales in the distance and much of the park and theatre area of Ilfracombe. Seascapes at 7 Granville Point is a quality holiday apartment that does much to take advantage of its position and is set over two floors with 3 bedrooms, sleeps five people and is extremely well appointed, please review this holiday apartment if you have stayed in the past.- Seascapes is not smoker friendly.

| Cottage Review:
Stayed for a weeks break at Seascapes apartment. Given the covid issues the apartment was immaculate and we wanted for nothing. Ilfracombe is not for people afraid of a few hills but if you come to Devon you cant expect anything else. Property is on the top of the cliff overlooking the bay and beaches. Parking is available with two secured spaces and this will be needed but access to the front can be made via a pleasant although steep walk ( 4 mins most). Plenty to do even though access to some parts are restricted due to the pandemic most businesses are now |

| Cottage Review:
This is a beautiful apartment accessible by car with private secure parking, two car bays and on second floor accessible by lift. The bedrooms are on 1st floor but not accessible by lift. The area is hilly but the views fantastic caters for children. |

This was the most modern style holiday let we had taken, usually choosing the more characteristic properties of the Landmark Trust and National Trust, but we were not disappointed. Very clean, tidy, sleek, stylish and modern interior with stunning views across the Bristol Channel from its hilltop location. The bedrooms are very comfortable with crisp cotton bedding, and plenty of storage space for clothing. Bathrooms are likewise modern with powerful showers and one with bath.
