Stonewater Barn is an architect designed barn conversion with modern furnishings and a large garden, located in the picturesque fishing town of Brixham.
Internally, the property is fully equipped with a contemporary, stylish kitchen and cosy living room. Its relaxing atmosphere makes it an ideal setting for romantic getaways and with Brixham town and harbour only a 20 minute walk away there’s plenty to do and see nearby.
Guests who love to stay active can request use of the Yoga pavilion during their stay. Externally, the property overlooks a large lawned area with an idyllic stream running through the garden down to the pond. The furnished decking is ideal for outdoor dining and comes with access to a herb garden, which means you can add a fresh taste to your cooking.
Brixham is a traditional fishing port with plenty of quaint streets and narrow lanes to explore. Rapidly embracing the fine cuisine and cafe culture, you’ll find many places to sit and enjoy the harbour views while relaxing at a slower pace of life. As Brixham is a fishing port many of the town's restaurants specialise in fresh fish and you can regularly find the 'catch of the day' being served.

| Cottage Review:
A contemporary styled barn conversion emphasising natural materials. Set in the owners' beautiful secluded garden beside a small stream. Includes a comfortable upstairs lounge with attached decking area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners have catered for every possible need, just turn up, switch off and chill out. There's loads of walking in the area, including a spectacular section of the coast path. High quality restaurants serve the harbour and marina, which are about 20 minutes walk gently downhill. |
