| Cottage Review:
This was our 2nd visit here, & we were pleased to stay again. Everything in or around the cottage is of superb quality, all of which adds to your comfort. Seclusion is a big bonus here, but shops, restaurants & takeaway outlets are all within 10 minutes. Ayr with it's large shops other attractions is about 20 minutes away. Troon & Turnberry are easily reached from here, so for us golfers "The Barn" is a great base. |

| Cottage Review:
The cottage was excellent and the owner very helpful but un- intrusive. All of the furniture and fittings were quality, spotlessly clean and worked as intended. The cottage is 50 yards from the river, with a footpath leading both. up and down stream. My wife, I and our Grandson would certainly recommend this cottage |

This was an excellent holiday cottage in a peaceful location but close to many attractions and towns.The cottage is of a very high standard with lots of extras and personal touches e.g.fresh flowers and food hamper, very friendly owners. Would recommend. |
