| Cottage Review:
Stayed for a weekend. Lovely house very clean, spacious , modern and great location. Nice walk to the town on the prom. Located just behind Dylan?s restaurant so easy walking for food. Train line outside but not regular or noisy. Great large hot tub. Only downside was our evacuation due to level carbon monoxide which caused the alarm going off due to the log fire. Owner didn?t attend but the fire services did and were very helpful. Thank goodness for the alarm!! Owner did send out the log fire fitter to check on the Saturday he said it was fine. We did read a comment in the guest book from two weeks previous that there was an issue with the fire when they stayed. |

| Cottage Review:
Booked the Beach-House for a week in the half term for a family getaway and we have not been disappointed. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could need in a holiday rental property. The views across the bay from the garden are lovely and the property is packed with things for the kids to do from the toy cupboard to the large double garage which is kitted out as a den complete with table football there is also a baby carrier as well if you need to go on walks with smaller kids, came in handy visiting the Castle with our 2 year o |

We booked this property for the Christmas period through Sykes Cottages. We wanted to have Christmas with family members who live in Wales and this seemed the perfect location, we were not disappointed! The property is very spacious and felt very homely for a rental. The Christmas decorations were up complete with tree. The owners of this property seem to have thought of almost everything, because everything that a family might need on holiday is there. This outstanding property is in a quiet road within 400 yards of the beach and easy walking distance of a range of restaurants and shops. The house is FULLY equipped for adults and children and offers superb views across the bay and the castle. It is more than large enough for the 10 beds and is furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard for a rental property. There were plenty of toys hidden in the cupboards for the younger members, with books, CD's and several TVs for the adults. The garage proved to be a a treasure trove of larger toys. The |
