Fabulous comfy house in the heart of Crantock, everything you need for a fantastic holiday ,wonderfully furnished and really warm, easy access to walk to several pubs, village shop and of course the beautiful beach at Crantock. Will book again for next year! |

Looks like we followed the last people who reviewed on TripAdvisor at this property. I feel I must point out that the pans were not replaced after they left. We had no problems with parking space being blocked, however we not informed that it was at the rear of the property or that the key box was there. We could not contact the property manager due to poor signal so took some time to locate both, which is through a housing estate. The property manager Tracey arrived as we were unpacking she explained the oil leak had been repaired but the fumes from thi |

So the positive points about the house are it is clean, beds comfortable, great location. The negatives; Approach at the rear is extremely untidy. Your one parking space was often blocked by random vehicles. The smell of fuel/oil from tank on the patio area is very strong, not nice to sit out and eat there. Fuel/oil smell and fumes quickly build up in the lower back bedroom when the window is open. The boiler is directly outside the bedroom window. At times it smelt like a working garage in there.
