| Cottage Review:
We stayed here for 7 nights and we were blown away firstly by the warmth of Janet and John and the excellent communication from Caroline. The Boot Room is a beautiful building set on Stoneygate Lane and it has plenty of charm about it. The big open fire was a certain plus in this weather and the bedrooms were lovely and cosy. There is plenty of space for parking in your own courtyard area and the area itself has lots of options for walks with shops not far in nearby Longridge. Janet made the most amazing flapjack which was in the welcome box along with some other essentials which were much appreciated. Rural yet not far from cafes, shops and also Preston City centre should you wish to venture into town. The biggest thank you to Janet and John for being so welcoming and accommodating, it was like having the most friendly neighbours next door! Will certainly look to book again. |

| Cottage Review:
Charming and hospitable owners, always available for help and advice. The accommodation is superb, very comfortable and spacious. The location is idyllic, if peace is what you want, then you have it. Lots of good local pubs and restaurants and the countryside is fabulous, we will be back. |
