The Folly is a spacious studio annexe offering luxurious holiday accommodation that makes for a romantic riverside retreat. Set in a valley beneath the village of Bratton Fleming in North Devon, and situated right beside a trout stream on the edge of Exmoor National Park, The Folly is part of a charming former mill that features mature riverside gardens leading out into terrific open countryside, providing extensive woodland views. It is ideal for special occasions or for any couple wishing to escape the pressures of everyday life and indulge themselves in a truly delightful Exmoor location.

• Large glazed double doors open into open-plan kitchen, living area, and double bedroom, all beautifully furnished with antiques and sumptuous fabrics

• Well-equipped kitchen corner contains ceramic hob (two rings), combination oven/microwave/grill, larder fridge/freezer compartment, plus toaster, kettle, selection of cookware, kitchen utensils, and beautiful china, glass, and cutlery

• Living area includes circular table and chairs, comfortable sofa, television, DVD, and radio

• Bathroom features double-ended roll top bath, Victorian chandelier with dimmer, circular blue and white porcelain Georgian washstand with double handed pitcher beneath, and toilet

• Beautiful quality White Company bed linen, duvets, and large fluffy towels provided. (Please note outdoor/beach towels not provided; please bring own)
