| Cottage Review:
From the minute we arrived at The Folly, we were greeted by owners Chris & Sally. Everything was explained clearly and we instantly knew what a wonderful place it was. My wife and i booked a weeks stay mid September. The place is immaculate! Ample room for 2 people. Exceptionally comfy bed, nice rain shower and a compact kitchen equiped with all mod cons. As the temperature was cooling at night, the underfloor heating just kept the place lovely and warm. Set in a very peaceful location, The Folly comes complete with a top of the range Hot Tub, perfect to unwind in, with unspoilt views of open fields and stunning scenery right on the door step. The local pub is just 200yds away and serves a good variety of drinks and great food! The nearest village Grassington is 1 mile away and has an array of shops, pubs and cafes. The Folly is quite central to major cities and attractions. Drive time is 1 .5 hours to Manchester, York and The Lakes. For a quiet, private and very relaxing "hideaway", i cannot recommend The Folly highly enough. Thanks Chris & Sally, we've had a fabulous stay ! |
