| Cottage Review:
After a very disappointing farm stay in Devon recently, the Old Cookhouse fully restored our faith in the genre Everything was efficiently dealt with from the start, arrival was easy and the quality of the accommodation was very high, as were the facilities. It's the perfect balance...very quiet and unspoiled, yet 2 mins from the M6 and 10 from Penrith. There are a reasonable number of local pubs around too.. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were always on hand with a friendly greeting. Lovely to see the flock of sheep grazing outside the loun |
