| Cottage Review:
Pro's: The house was more than acceptable in terms of the available space. Everything that was promised in the listing was available. Things that would have been nice is a tumble dryer or a washer/drier and racks to dry clothes. Parking is a little tight but will accommodate 2 cars as promised. Major Con: The thing to be wary of is the good housekeeping bond. I just received an email saying the owner has bought a new bin and has charged up £60 for the pleasure. This is absolutely unacceptable as the bin was left in the same condition it was found in. It is just an underhand method of making profit on the property and/or replacing worn items. I have asked for the booking agency to contact the owner to reverse this. I will update the review with the result. |
