Pleasant walks to Cockington Court and Torquay seafront. Situated in the highly desirable Cockington area of Torquay, the Old Vicarage is an annex which historically was the servants quarters to the main house.Internally, the property has been attentively finished to an exceptional standard, with quality materials and furnishings, such as solid oak furniture, throughout the property.The Cockington Court is nearby offering the chance to watch craft demonstrations within the grounds of the historic manor house.
