The School House is a spacious Victorian property located in beautiful Exmoor that makes for an ideal destination for larger groups of family and friends. Set close to the stunning coastal villages of Lynmouth and Lynton in a beautiful and secluded spot overlooking a valley, this former village school has been transformed into supremely comfortable accommodation that offers magnificent walks from the front door.

• 5 bedrooms (one ground floor double ensuite, one ground floor triple with bunk beds plus single, one first floor four-poster double, a further first floor double, and a first floor twin)

• Open-plan ground floor living/dining area with large wood-burner, plenty of comfortable seating, full-size table tennis table, upright piano, television with Sky (including Sky Sports), and video/DVD/radio/cassette/CD player

• Cosy ground floor snug with further comfortable seating including sofa-bed for two extras if required

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, combination microwave-grill, and oven with hob, plus toaster, kettle, variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• One ground floor and one first floor bathroom

• Wi-fi, adjustable central heating, and electricity included in cost, plus basket of logs and kindling

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)

• Up to three dogs welcome (supplement of £15 per dog)

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
