| Cottage Review:
It was suitable for what we needed nice area close to beach everything we needed was provided could have done with some leaflets of places to visit although most places are closed in February. Owner text a couple of times which was nice of them only problem I had no signal on my phone anywhere in the area and had to leave Polzeath to use my phone. Wifi worked very well though. Certainly much better than some places we have stayed in the past. Track to the property has some nasty pot holes but at least it slows any traffic down which is good when kids are abo |

| Cottage Review:
I'll start with the positive point which is the close proximity to the beach and amenities. The beach is just a short walk along the track or up over the cliff via the coast path. Unfortunately the accommodation is tired and needs some TLC along with a good deep clean. On arrival at Tidewood you are greeted by a rather untidy entrance way with the vacuum cleaner and various mops, brushes and debris from previous visitors dumped in the corner.
