Description of the cottage holiday
Traigh Cottage is a traditional farm cottage situated in part of the farm steading. With 4 bedrooms it is spacious and comfortable with a very attractive sitting room. It is only a minute's walk from the lovely sandy beaches near Arisaig.Best Features
Golf, beaches, rest, relaxation and the beautiful west coast of Scotland are to be found here at Traigh - the Gaelic word for beach. Across the single track road from Traigh holiday cottages are a series of white sandy beaches complete with a wonderful collection of dunes - ideal for sunbathing, exploring, walking or beachcombing. Out on the horizon lie the islands of Eigg, Rum and Skye.

| Cottage Review:
If you want peace and quiet but 100 yards from the golf course and beach then look no further.Situated 70 yds off the road the cottage has amazing views of the Isles and is centrally heated, a log fire in the lounge adds that homely feeling.A very large kitchen allows you to entertain up to 8 at the table with room to spare. The bedrooms are basic but functional and one is en suite.It is so good we have been their for the last 10 years. |

This was our second visit to this perfect home from home. Such a beautiful area. Spent many hours walking on the beach, both morning & evening. Views ever changing. Golf course breathtaking. Excellent area for bird watching. I have to admit helping with the lambs was my favourite pastime. Definitely top of our favourite holiday destinations. |
