In front, a tiny sunny garden (table/chairs) - more pedestrians and horse riders pass by than vehicles. A mere 30 yards away is the entrance to Mount Edgcumbes 800 acre estate and the coastal path.

At this level, a dear little single bedroom. More steep stairs up to a double bedroom (TV) with long views over the village and coast, plus smart beamed bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Loading/unloading outside; car park, 150 yards. A gem of a cottage.
