| Cottage Review:
Hard to fault. Top notch facilities throughout. Great to have an area to take off wet clithes etc as you come in. Shower room bedroom living area all clean and very well furnished. Nice area to sit out if the weather permits! Host is exactly who I would choose: friendly but not not pushy there if required. The property is gated and there is ample parking. Going back in a weeks time. Can't wait. |

| Cottage Review:
The cottage itself was very nice beautifully presented well equipped and very comfortable. The position of the cottage meant we had very easy access to the wonderful coastline beautiful bays and country parks. 40 minutes drive to Snowdon. We saw lots of wildlife, seals, seabirds, red squirrels to name a few. Lots of coastal walks with the added bonus of some amazing eating houses along the way. Extremely friendly host. And we met lots of welcoming local people. |

| Cottage Review:
Furnishings and facilities are 1st class. The bed is unbeleivably comfortable and the duvet like no other. The patio is great to watch the sunset, as well as being securely Fenced so our dog could not escape, it was good to have the lovely plants on patio as well as ample seating. From patio gate we walked to inland waters in 5 mins..wonderful. To the front was a sunny bench on the lawn were i sat with my early morning cuppa watching the birds on feeders. The owners are very friendly but not intrusive. Shops takeaways pubs are a minutes drive to Valley |

| Cottage Review:
Just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful location. Behind the electronic gates, there is a luxurious complex of three separate rentals, as well as the owners own home. Ty Beti itself is attached to the main house, but is very private and self contained. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, without being intrusive, and put us at ease right from our arrival, letting us access the property a couple of hours before the published check-in time.
