| Cottage Review:
Stay clear of this property, tiered and in need of TLC, property very cold. Took 3 days for the thermostat to be altered to allow the temperature to rise above 13.5 degrees! Appalling customer service from Skye?s and the owners. Avoid at all costs. Funny how the heating could be accessed remotely yet took 3 days to do this. Disgusting and should be ashamed. We have requested a partial refund for our first 3 nights. Still waiting a satisfactory response 4 weeks later. |
