Woodbury is a detached bungalow high on the hill in a very quiet residential area about one and a half miles uphill from the centre of Teignmouth; PO/shop, 100 yards. Seven steps down to small, beautifully kept, enclosed gardens; mostly flowers and tiered garden in front, patio, lawn (barbecue, table/chairs) and shrubs at the back.

Five steps (handrail) up to hall, off which fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas cooker). Large L-shaped living/dining room with a coal effect gas fire, TV/DVD/video with panoramic sea views. Three bedrooms including a double bedroom, a twin (2 foot 6" beds, linkable to 5' double), and a single. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Washing machine and tumble drier in garage (space for small car only). N.B. Steep driveway. A good, homely, all-year-round place.
