Upper Knutsford is a first floor apartment with sea views from the lounge and bedrooms, within just ten minutes of Exmouth town centre and the surrounding Jurassic coastline.
Internally, this spacious apartment offers extensive sea and garden views with character features including fireplaces and a triple stained glass window in the hallway leading to the apartment. Externally, the communal garden, with seating area to the front of the apartment, offers a perfect place to relax.
The town centre at Exmouth is close by where you will find not only a thriving traditional seaside town, but also an area forming part of England's only Natural World Heritage Site, The Jurassic Coast. There is a wealth of activities nearby including watersports, the nature reserve and coastal walks, plus Exmouth has a large selection of restaurants, shops and attractions to suit every taste.
