Firstly, if arriving by car, don?t unload until someone opens the back door and opens the garden gate to access your vehicle. This will save you the trouble of endless journeys round to the front of the property. The position of the house is great. Next to a little beach that allows dogs and on the Rodwell trail, a converted railway track, which is popular with walkers and cyclists (some a little speedy).
