Boscastle is a picturesque village located on the rugged north coast of Cornwall and is a popular destination tourists becuase of the pretty harbour and the natural beauty. The historical harbour is protected by two stone breakwaters and dates back to the 16th century, still used by small fishing boats today, it is the focal point of the village. The village is a great place to eat with the Cobweb Inn, the Wellington and the Napolean Inn all very popular serving quality food and traditional Cornish ales. The area around Boscastle offers breathtaking coastal views and is a great spot for walking, with the South West Coast Path taking you along the cliffs to Tintagel and Crackington Haven.
Boscastle is popular with tourists and it does get busy in the summer months, a real gem for out of season holidays where you can see the waves crashing against the breakwaters. We have a good selection of holiday cottages in Boscastle and the surrounding areas here.
